On-the-go individuals and families can let out a sigh of relief now that the Kroger in Geist located at 9835 Fall Creek Rd held its grand opening on January 17. A ribbon cutting was performed to celebrate the millions of dollars in renovations that have gone toward streamlining food accessibility for the local community. Shoppers will find an increased selection of food as well as improved services such as ‘Grab and Go’ deli options and curbside pickup.
The Kroger ribbon cutting served the community in more ways than one. Substantial funds were donated to the Riley Children’s Foundation, the Julian Center, Kroger’s Zero Hunger | Zero Waste plan, Outreach Indiana, and more. It is ways such as this that Kroger continues to progress to ‘Feed the Human Spirit.’
Listening to communities, paying attention to the environment, and creating a wholesome atmosphere through dedicated associates and partners is the foundation that the company is built upon. When you shop Kroger, you are supporting so much more than yourself. You vote with your dollar, and we vote Kroger.
