The OneAmerica 500 Festival Mini-Marathon is a fitness tradition in Indy and one of the nation’s largest half marathons (and has been for 20+ years) and why Runner’s World named it one of America’s Most Iconic Races.
Taking place on the first Saturday of May, 35,000+ runners, joggers, walkers, and wheelchair racers, will take over the streets of downtown Indianapolis. This epic race starts in the heart of downtown Indianapolis and includes a lap around the Indianapolis Motor Speedway (home of the Indy 500). On Friday, June 21, Monument Circle will come alive with yogis of all different levels stretching it out for a good cause. Don’t forget your yoga mat and a water bottle. Instructors will be scattered around the Circle to help with basic yoga postures.
In addition to the class on the circle, there will also be several mini-classes prior to the big community class to introduce you to yoga if you are a newbie.
