The workout will consist of a run and bodyweight exercises, starting at the Athletic Annex in Broad Ripple located at 6528 Cornell Avenue. Stick around after the workout for free beer and live music! All fitness levels are welcome.
The best part… It’s free. You can register here.
Although the event is just a few years old, it’s already a pretty big deal. More than 1.2 million people in 187 countries pledged to run 8.2 million miles on Global Running Day 2017, according to the New York Road Runners (NYRR), which started the event in 2016.
