The Color Run 5K Indianapolis
The “Happiest 5K on the Planet” will return to Indianapolis for the sixth time this weekend. For nearly ten years, The Color Run events have attracted record numbers of first-time runners. On The Color Run Love Tour, good vibes are the only kind of vibes allowed. The Tour will have a new look, with a colorful, 1970s inspired aesthetic, new photo opportunities, and cool merchandise. People, Power, & Yoga
Join Charlie Redd, owner of Haven Yoga Studio, and Lauren Kay Roberts, founder of INDY YOGA VOTES, for this workshop series exploring the power our communities have to create change. The event kicks off with an hour-long community yoga class and then stay for the workshop exploring activism, civic engagement, as we prepare for Indy’s local elections this November. Daredevil 5K & Kids Dash 1K
The Daredevil 5K, formerly known as Hops & Flip Flops, is a summer tradition. The course is fast, flat and fun in the heart of Speedway. Grab your friends and get your choice of a delicious beer from Daredevil Brewing Co or a scoop of ice cream from our new partner, Fundae’s Ice Cream & Sweets after the race. Women’s Self Defense Class
Headbangers Kickboxing Academy is hosting a monthly self-defense class for women. This event is all about promoting awareness, strength, and self-defense skills for the women in the community. Self-defense is an effective, way to build the skills and confidence women need to protect themselves.
Yoga on the Beach on the Farm
Introducing our first yoga session on the new beach on the farm. The beach is tucked between the rolling hills of Traders Point Creamery. Let the serene beauty surround you during this practice. Enjoy 60 minutes of beginners Vinyasa Flow Yoga and guided meditation. The session will include snacks. Take a self-guided farm tour and enjoy brunch at the Loft after.
