With the madness of Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales dying down, it’s time to put your money towards a good cause with #GivingTuesday.
If you aren’t familiar with Giving Tuesday, it’s a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world on December 3, 2019, and every day.
The international campaign started in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity. One of the best ways to get involved is in your community.
Giving Tuesday is about giving to whatever group or cause that speaks to you, and if you’re looking to give back to organizations that support the health and well-being of our local community, here’s an excellent place to start.
