Free Community Yoga + Meditation at Invoke Studio
One of Indy’s premier yoga studios is offering a free class this Sunday, Dec. 15, 2019, at its downtown location from 1-2:30 p.m. The free class will touch on the importance of creating accessible and inclusive wellness spaces. This is a class to honor People of Color, but all yogis are welcome. Jadine Laniado, also known as The Breathing Teacher, will lead the session beginning with meditation followed by an asana practice designed to move stress, tension, and stored emotions out of the body.

Every Saturday, kick-off your weekend with yoga at Lululemon Athletica at Clay Terrace in Carmel from 9 – 10 am. Lululemon offers free hour-long yoga sessions each Saturday morning. Growing Places Indy Winter Farmers Market offers free by-donation yoga every Saturday during the market from 9-10 a.m. The hour-long yoga class takes place at Soundspace right next door to the farmers market at the Circle City Industrial Complex. After yoga, walk a few steps next door and shop at the Indy Winter Farmers Market featuring local farmers, food producers, and more. If you don’t have a yoga mat, don’t worry, lululemon Indianapolis provides yoga mats for all attendees if needed. Donation is not necessary but appreciated. All donations directly impact the organization’s food access program.
