Free, Friendly Yoga at the Indianapolis Zen Center

Grab your mat, come as you are, and bring a friend for a relaxing yoga and meditation session! From 8:30 – 10:30 a.m., Indy Community Yoga will lead a yoga flow at the Indianapolis Zen Center.  This class is FREE; however, donations support both Indy Community Yoga and the Indianapolis Zen Center.

Invoke Yoga at Sun King Brewery Indy

Workout for a great cause at Sun King Brewery in Downtown Indy! Invoke Studio will lead a vinyasa-style yoga class from 9:15 – 10:30 a.m. Bring your yoga mat and be prepared to breathe, sweat, and have fun! The workout costs $15 (with a complimentary beer included in the price), and all money raised benefits the  FACE Animal Clinic.

Yoga at Newfields 

Stretch your limbs surrounded by inspiring art and nature with Yoga at Newfields. This hour-long vinyasa session, offered by registered instructors, will take place at various locations in the beautiful gardens of Newfields. The class starts at 10 a.m., and participants should meet in the Efroymson Family Entrance Pavilion by 9:45 a.m.

Aerial Yoga

Take your yoga off the ground with The Hub’s introductory aerial yoga class! From 2 – 4 p.m., use aerial hammocks to ease joint and muscle tension, increase flexibility, and build upper body and core strength. Class proceeds will benefit Riley Hospital, with a minimum donation of $25 required per class.

Mythic Yoga Flow + Restore

Kompose will host a special 2-hour Mythic Yoga Flow & Restore class from 2 – 4 p.m. Each special focuses on a different deity, telling some stories of their myths and relating the stories to your life in meaningful ways. For $30, connect with your soul and leave feeling entirely rejuvenated.

Rejuvenation Retreat: A Yoga Nidra Workshop

The Hub will also host a Rejuvenation Retreat, focusing on the practice of Yoga Nidra. From 2 – 4 p.m., students will learn about this meditative practice that uses the subtle layers of our physical and energetic bodies. This class costs $30 for members and $37 for nonmembers.

Beat The Winter Blues Yoga & Brunch

With only one month left until spring, it’s time to beat the winter blues! Kati Black Yoga and DJ Rusty Redenbacher are hosting a beginning yoga flow set to some chill music. Head on over to Historic Saint Joseph Hall for class at 11 a.m., and a full brunch after class from 12 – 2 p.m. Pre-purchase a ticket for $50 ($60 at the door) that includes drinks and a bottomless brunch!

Breaking Bad Yoga Habits with Ross

Learn a variety of rules and techniques to help you cultivate intention and direction for your yoga practice. From 1 – 3 p.m., Kompose will host a 2-hour session dedicated to helping you break the cycle of bad habits by redirecting energies to intentional habits and compassionate choices. Tickets cost $35.

Sunday Drop-in Class/Flow & Slow Yoga

Build strength and stamina with a Flow & Slow yoga session at Irvington Wellness Center. From 4 – 5:15 p.m., this class will start with a blood-pumping sequence, slow down with deep stretching, and end with restful relaxation. Book online for $14, or pay $15 at the door. All levels are welcome!
