Recognized annually on March 8th, International Women’s Day is a day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women across the globe. To commemorate International Women’s Day 2020, Jack Daniel’s GENTLEMAN JACK is celebrating women’s accomplishments and raising awareness on gender equality by bringing back SPIRITUOUS, an event series honoring leading women in entrepreneurship, community development, innovation, and cultural advocacy. The 2020 iteration of the series will hit 20 cities, including Indianapolis, with all SPIRITUOUS events taking place on International Women’s Day.
For the second year, the event will be hosted in Indianapolis at The Speak Easy, located at 5255 Winthrop Ave in Board Ripple from 2 – 5 p.m. The event aims to bring together local, dynamic women in their respective fields, including entrepreneurs, business executives, community influencers, social innovators, and culture catalysts.
During the event, there will be a panel discussion featuring local women who will share their stories on entrepreneurship, work-life balance, financial wellness, and so much more.
The panelists include:
- Charlie Redd, Owner & Creative Director of Haven Yoga Studio
- Leslie Bailey, Co-founder & Editor-in-Chief of Indy Maven
- Kristin Lampkin, HR Guru & Founder of kristenlampkin.com
- Hilary Hittner, Life & Leadership Coach of hillaryhittner.com
- Consuelo Poland, Executive Director of The Latinas Welding Guild Inc.
