This is a beginner/intermediate mat class that combines strength and stretching to start your morning off right. Zoom Soul Sunday: Flow + Yin – kOMpose Yoga
kOMpose Yoga will host Zoom Soul Sunday via Zoom for a full body vinyasa + yin flow. Instructor Jaymi Anderson will lead the first half of the class in a more vigorous vinyasa practice to warm up the body, while the second half is dedicated to slowing down and relaxing into Yin-based poses for increased flexibility, strength, and range of motion. On Sunday afternoon, from 3 – 4 PM, Thrive Fit Indy will be hosting their virtual “Bring Sally Up” Squat challenge via Zoom! During this workout, the song “Bring Sally Up” will be played, and each time you hear “bring Sally down,” you will hold a squat until you hear “bring sally up” again.
