During crazy and uncertain times like these, we all must find a way to spread love and support to those around us, especially those individuals who have been heroes during this COVID-19 crisis. Healthcare workers across the country have been risking themselves and their families in the fight against the current pandemic. One local restaurant, Greenleaf Juicing Company, is showing their appreciation to healthcare workers in Indianapolis starting early next week. From April 6-11, Greenleaf Juice will be offering free meals to all healthcare workers.
“We know that we’re living in a time when healthcare workers are often working grueling hours, missing meals and sacrificing to take care of those in need,” says Co-Owner and Indy native Laura Flynn. “It is our hope that by fueling these medical heroes with nutrient-rich, plant-based foods, we can not only help them stay healthy themselves but let them know that we’re grateful to them for all they do.”
How it Works
All medical workers are eligible to receive one free menu item per day from Greenleaf Juice during the week of April 6-11. If you’re a healthcare worker, email Greenleaf Juice at firstname.lastname@example.org to provide your name, job title, and workplace information.
You will receive an activation code to use to order a free menu item of their choice online; it will be available for pickup at the Meridian Kessler location at 4930 N Pennsylvania St.
The Greenleaf Juice menu can be found HERE and is opened from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. Individual orders must be placed at least 15 minutes in advance.
Greenleaf Juice will also accommodate group orders, so long as they are scheduled in advance. For group orders, requests must include all individuals, job titles, associated medical office/hospital, and email addresses in the initial email.
