Vinyasa Virtual LiveRoots and Wings Yoga Wellness

Time: 10 – 11 AM

Cost: $5 (free for RAW UNLIMITED members)

How to register:

  • Pre-register for the class through Mindbody, or click here to check out their schedule and register through Roots and Wings Yoga’s website
  • Sign up at least 30 minutes prior to the start of class
  • You will receive a Zoom link via email approximately 30 minutes before class

Vinyasa class details:

Vinyasa flow strings together yoga postures seamlessly using the breath. Each class is unique and can be modified for any level. Our instructors are skilled at offering options allowing students’ to customize their practice making it as challenging or nurturing as needed. Learning to link the breath with each asana pose cultivates a meditation in motion, leaving the student with newfound space in the body, a calmer mind, and an uplifted spirit. 


Online STRONG by Zumba HIITIndy House of Pilates

Time: 5:30 – 6:30 PM

STRONG by Zumba class details:

A combination of cardio training, bodyweight training, muscle conditioning, and plyometric training moves are synced to music that has been designed to match every move.

Virtual Xtreme Hip Hop StepStudio G

Time: 9 – 10 AM

  • You will receive an email with the Zoom link approximately 5-7 minutes before class

Xtreme Hip Hop Step class details: 

A revamp of traditional step aerobics. With routines set to old and new school hip hop, it makes you want to get up and move while getting a great calorie burn! If you are looking for a high energy class that will give your body “all that it needs”, this is the class for you! Common moves include: Basic Step Corner knee (or corner kick) Repeater knee (aka Triple knee) T-Step Over-the-Top Lunges V-Step Straddle Down L-Step Split Step I-Step Get ready to burn some calories and tone at the same time.

Yoga for Everybody is a vinyasa flow class where you will link movement with your breath, and flow through postures that are suitable for all levels with an emphasis on fundamental postures and mindful movement. Modifications are offered encouraging each practitioner to move into the poses to their own degree. The class is accessible to students of all levels.
