Virtual New Moon Flow + Restore with Kompose Yoga Studio 

Hailey from Kompose is leading an evening flow from 8:30-9:30 pm via Zoom to help us let go of the negative energy we may have felt in the last moon cycle and step into a new moon cycle with a fresh perspective. This gentle flow includes plenty of time and space for intention setting, restorative posing, and guided meditation. Please register at least 15 minutes before the start of class, and you will receive the Zoom meeting link via email.

Broad Ripple Fit Club WOD

Ready to get moving for a great cause? Join Broad Ripple Fitness club and Indy Pride for a fundraising event and workout at the gym. All proceeds of your $35 payment go back to Indy Pride to support its mission of uniting and serving the LBGTQ+ community of Indianapolis. This event will take place from 10 am-12 pm and consists of 3 workouts, so get ready to sweat! All levels welcome and no experience required to make sure to arrive decked out in all your fun rainbow gear!
