What it’s called: Pineapple Spinach Smoothie

What you’ll need:

  • 2/3 cup low-fat vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 cup cut pineapple
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach, packed down
  • 1/4-1/2 cup apple juice or milk (almond milk recommended)
  • Ice (optional, but I recommend)

What you’ll do: Place all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until desired consistency.

Note: Using frozen fruit will eliminate the need for ice, and will double the amount of liquid needed! Protein powder is a great addition if you want an extra boost. I recommend vanilla, as to not distract from the smoothie!
