Coffee On the Monon

Bike Carmel is excited to link up with Carmel Caffeine Trail to serve commuters right along the Monon trail from 6:30-9 am. With a small stand on 96th St. Trailhead, they will be serving free coffee and snacks to you on select days throughout the summer, so grab your bike and expect a delicious cup on your way to work this Friday!

Outdoor Community Yoga with KOMpose Yoga

This Vinyasa-style yoga class, taking place from 8:30-9:30 am, is outside so you can enjoy the sunshine and fresh air while maintaining a safe social distance! Visit KOMpose at 215 E. 38th St. Indianapolis, IN 46205, also known as National, for a refreshing and relaxing flow to create some movement in your weekend.

If you are in the Fishers area, get to the Saxony farmer’s market between 9 am and 12 pm for farm-fresh produce, sweet & savory baked goods, and carefully crafted artisan items. They have a brand new layout designed specifically to promote social distancing and are eager to serve you in a safe way.

Garden Yoga at Arsenal Park

Stretch in the sunshine and smell the fresh air! A portion of the proceeds fund the Keystone-Monon Community Garden at Arsenal Park and help us continue to sponsor community events and normalize urban agriculture. Donations can be made online at paypal.me/kmcommunitygarden or drop cash in the donation jar.  Bring your mat or towel and water bottle. There will be plenty of room to spread out our mats.

Anti-Racism for Wellness Leaders

This online event hosted by Haven Yoga Studio is for those in the wellness community who are looking to do their part in stopping white supremacy in the workplace and creating a more inclusive environment at their studios, in their fitness classes, and during their coaching sessions. This event will be hosted once a month for the next six months at 9:30 pm in order to catalyze lasting change in the fitness and wellness community, and a variety of topics will be discussed including how to dismantle toxic systems, harm-reduction, and building stronger relationships. If you are a wellness leader in the community, do your part, get educated, and sign up!
