Starting July 4th and beyond, Indianapolis will officially be in Stage 5 of the reopening plan, meaning restrictions are lifted at gyms and fitness facilities, and they can operate at full capacity. Whether you want to work out from home, outside, or inside an actual studio, there are plenty of options for you to get moving this weekend. FREEdom Flow Yoga Class at Yoga Fire

Firecracker 6

The 11th Annual Firecracker 6 is a 6-Mile & 6K Run/Walk through beautiful downtown Indianapolis. Runners and walkers will start at the historic Benjamin Harrison House and travel alongside American Legion Mall, World War Memorial, Soldiers & Sailors Monument, a dash down Mass Ave, and finish through the shaded Old Northside neighborhood; a perfect tour of the city. To learn more, visit runsignup.com.


Outdoor Community Yoga

Join kOMpose for a 60-minute vinyasa flow style class in the sunshine and fresh air. This class will take place at 215 E. 38th St. All class packages and memberships may be used for this class. If it rains, we will plan to Zoom the class so you can participate with us from home. Ales & Oms: Yoga Series

This Sunday, join Metazoa Brewing Company for yoga and craft beer. This yoga flow led by local instructors is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. No need to sign up, just show up with your mat. The yoga class is $10, and it includes your first pint of beer.

Weekly Donation Yoga

End the weekend with Practice Indie Yoga with weekly donation yoga classes suitable for all experience levels. If the weather is nice the session will be held at the Indy Cultural Trail Peace Walk on Capitol Ave. The backup location is Practice Indie Yoga, located at 914 N.
