Les Mills Launch at the YMCA

The new Les Mills releases are in, and you can join the Benjamin Franklin YMCA today from 8 AM – 1 PM to be the first to experience new choreography and music for BodyPump, BodyAttack, and RPM. Also, you will have the opportunity to try BodyFlow, a motivating blend of Tai Chi with Yoga and Pilates movement and exercise. There will be prizes for joining in…prepare to sweat!

Barre and Brews

The Metazoa Brewing Company is excited to host The Barre Code for a pop-up Barre Class and a pint of beer this Saturday from 10 to 11 AM. Anyone over 21 can participate, and no prior experience is needed, just a desire to be social and get active! Please bring your own mats, waters, and gym shoes. And 5% of all proceeds collected will go back to animal and wildlife conservation organizations. And remember, your $18 registration fee doesn’t include tips for the bartender!

Garfield Park Farmers Market 

Located in Garfield Park on Indy’s southside, it is one of the top summer markets in the state. You can shop for local produce, honey, ice cream, bread and so much more. After you are done shopping, take a walk around the historic park.

Ales and Oms: Yoga Series

Similarly, the Metazoa Brewing Company is also bringing you yoga! Join them at 10 AM for an hour of yoga for all levels, as well as your first pint of craft beer for only $10 total. This class is taught by a variety of local instructors, so no need to sign up ahead of time. Stop by to get movin’ and groovin’!

Irvington Farmer’s Market

Please join the Irvington Garden Club and for their weekly Sunday market opening from 12-3 PM where, per county orders regarding COVID-19 protocol, they will be selling fresh and local produce, meats, eggs, cheese, soaps, and prepackaged food. Please wear a mask, practice social distancing, and avoid eating or bringing any pets onto the grounds. This farmers market takes place in Ellenberger Park (rather than just a parking lot) to ensure the best experience possible!
