Earth Day Indiana Recycle Run

Enjoy a scenic 5k walk or run around Indianapolis, spending most of your active time right along the White River following the Urban Wilderness Trail. Wondering why it’s called the Recycle Run? In order to reduce waste, nearly all the materials being used for the race are made from recycled materials and being used again, such as race bibs, medals, and lanyards. This family-friendly event is in support of Earth Day Indiana, a non-profit organization that has promoted environmental protection, conservation of natural resources, and sustainable living for 31 years. This race takes place during their annual festival in Military Park, so there will be plenty of other goodies to enjoy after the race!
