Pickleball Brawl at the Brewery

Come on out to Four Day Ray Brewing in Fishers from 5-8 PM this Friday for a pickleball scramble/tournament and some delicious food and drink! Pickleball is growing rapidly in Indianapolis because anyone can play, no matter your age or skill level, and it’s easy to maintain social distance while doing so. Grab friends and participate in a scramble game style or a tournament later in the evening. All ages are welcome, although beverages will only be offered to those 21+.

What’s more important than getting active and staying hydrated? Start your day off doing both and visit Studio Menage in Carmel this Saturday from 9:30 -10:30 AM for yoga and a mimosa treat to celebrate at the end of class! Grab a friend and engage in some therapeutic, gentle movement this weekend led by Instructor Erin.

Painting With a Twist: Chakra Khan Zen Collection

No need to be a master painter or meditator to join in on this event! Meet instructor Aakira at Painting With a Twist on Michigan Street from 4-6 PM for a zen group painting experience. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to this relaxing event, where you will have the opportunity to calm your mind and engage in some fun and creative self-care.

Barre and Brews

Pop up with Pure Barre at the Black Acre Garden this Saturday from 10:45 AM-12 PM to get active and drink beer!  Barre workouts are a great way to tone and lengthen your muscles, often utilizing minimal weight and many repetitions. Anyone over 21 can participate, and no prior experience is needed, just a desire to be social and get active! Please bring your own mats, waters, and gym shoes. Thank the Black Acre Brewing Company for your ice-cold beverage after class that’s included in your ticket!

Garden Yoga at Arsenal Park

The Keystone-Monon Community Garden Organization is excited to be able to offer a donation-based yoga class this Saturday from 3-4 PM on the grass and in the sunshine! A portion of the proceeds will be directed towards helping to normalize urban agriculture and sponsor community events. Please bring your own mat and water bottle, and feel free to let your kids tag along, reminding them to maintain physical distance to promote a healthy class community.

Ales and Oms: Yoga Series

The Metazoa Brewing Company is eager to continue this weekly yoga class! Join them at 10 AM for an hour of yoga for all levels, as well as your first pint of craft beer for only $10 total. This class is taught by a variety of local instructors, so no need to sign up ahead of time. Stop by to free flow and fill up!
