5 Low-Calorie Summer Cocktail Recipes to Try

Cheers to the weekend! Summertime means more time outdoors and a few extra cocktails to celebrate the warm weather. However, cocktails can be loaded with sugar that can add empty calories. The good news is, there are plenty of ways to tweak classic recipes so they won’t ruin your healthy eating goals. Below, we’ve rounded up five of our favorite low-calorie cocktails,  you can enjoy without the guilt.


Lady Kombucha Cooler

Pour 1 ½ oz. Ketel One Botanical Cucumber & Mint into a chilled glass filled with ice. Squeeze in the juice from 1 lemon wedge, and top with 3 oz. Health-Ade Pink Lady Apple Kombucha. Garnish with a thin apple slice and a lemon twist.

Paloma Light

In a highball glass, stir 2 oz. Tres Agaves Blanco tequila, 1 oz. grapefruit juice, and ½ oz. agave nectar. Stir, and top with a splash of club soda. Garnish with fresh grapefruit and mint leaves.

Pour 2 oz. Three Olives Rosé Vodka into a glass with ice. Top with club soda and a dash of bitters. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Pour all ingredients into an ice-filled copper mug. Garnish with candied ginger on a cocktail pick.

1 oz vodka (80 proof)
.75 oz OM Meyer Lemon & Ginger Liqueur
.5 oz lime juice
Ginger beer
