What is the Indy Fitness Festival? It’s Indianapolis’ only Fitness Crawl kicking off September 17-20! It’s a 4-day fitness experience giving festival-goers access to more than 95 classes, 40+ gyms and studios in Downtown Indy, Fishers, Carmel, and Broad Ripple. Participating studios will offer full-length workouts ranging from 30-60 minutes, and there is something for everyone. You will find various fitness activities all weekend. Outdoor Workouts – Cardio Dance Hip Hop
Need a break from being cooped up inside? We’ve got you covered! Join the Irsay Family YMCA team for some FREE outdoor classes to get you out and move your body! Our instructors will be outside to lead you through a great workout while still maintaining social distancing. So join us for these free workouts in the parking lot of the Irsay Family YMCA. Sunday Morning Yoga at the Ruins
Join Invoke Studio at 11 AM for Morning Yoga at the historic Ruins at Holliday Park. Through October 4th. Pre-registration is required. Visit www.invokestudio.com/group-classes to sign up using an Invoke Membership, class package, or opt for the $10 drop-in fee. A portion of the proceeds benefits Indy Parks!
