Physique 57 is Indy’s newest barre studio and is launching an expanded line of barre workout classes at their Carmel location. Starting September 7, Physique 57 will offer three new class options, including Open Barre, Sculpt, and Power Sculpt.
In addition to the new classes, Physique 57 Indianapolis will also be offering live streaming of in-studio classes on the schedule for clients to join virtually. Clients can choose to challenge themselves in-studio or at-home with Physique 57’s proprietary method of Interval Overload, proven to deliver unmatched results. No two classes are ever the same to make sure you never plateau and always stay engaged. Trainers bring incomparable energy, enthusiasm, knowledge, and unbeatable playlists to every class.
“As the first franchise location in the U.S. outside of New York City, our Carmel studio is thrilled to be offering a broader range of barre workouts for every body type and comfort level,” said Leslie Lupton, owner of Physique 57 Indianapolis. “As a resident of Carmel, I am very passionate about the health and wellness of this community. I am grateful to bring forth my expertise in business and passion for barre to provide residents with the Physique 57 fitness experience.”
Physique 57 Indianapolis is currently operating at 50% capacity, with smaller class sizes and increased sanitation protocols in line with local ordinances, keeping health and safety at the forefront. The studio is located along the Monon Greenway in Midtown Plaza, just across from Sun King Brewing’s Carmel Distillery.
